一. 维修规范流程(顾客送修)                            

 

二.维修服务过程                                     

1.接收顾客维修信息时,及时录入维修登记表;
2.判断为保外维修时,明确告知顾客原因及维修费用;
3.客户维修机的维修周期原则上两周完成,特殊情况须上报备案并及时通知客户;
4.暂无配件时,告知预计修复时间;
5.排出保修故障后,全面检测顾客机器确保没有其他故障;
6.告知顾客修理内容及使用注意事项;
